Enhanced Access Service
Enhanced Access is a new service which practices are nationally required to deliver as part of the new PCN agreements. This service provides 30 min of additional appointments per 1,000 population.
We are delivering this service on behalf of both PCNs in Harlow and Epping Forest North
These appointments are seen as an extension of routine GP practice hours. However, they are delivered outside of regular opening hours and are based in a central location.
How to book an Enhanced Access Appointment
Patients can book Enhanced Access appointments through the receptionist in your practice. The receptionist will give you details of when and where the appointment is and who the appointment is with.
To cancel or change an Enhanced Access appointment through Stellar Healthcare, patients are required to call 0300 3037300. The phone will be answered Mon-Fri 9am-10pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

Locations
In Harlow North & South, these appointments are available on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Harlow North Patients will be seen at Nuffield House Surgery
Harlow South in Lister Medical Centre.
In Epping North, these appointments are currently available for patients at The Limes, Epping on Saturdays.
