It determines the strategic direction, business plan, objectives and governance structure that will help achieve the long-term success of the company and deliver sustainable services.

Dr Imran GoharAfter completing his family medicine training in Harlow, Essex in 2007, Dr Gohar joined Sydenham House Health Centre in 2010, as a partner, and now manages it as Lead GP. For over 10 years, Dr Gohar has been working as a board member and business development director in Stellar Healthcare, leading the clinical and business governance committees. He has worked as a clinical lead for urgent care at the West Essex CCG in 2013. During this period, he was elected as a council member for The Partnership of East London Co-operatives (PELC). The roles included working on the business and clinical boards and as a Vice Chair member until 2020. During the pandemic, Dr Gohar also worked on the advisory board of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). |

Jeyaseelan SelvarajahDr Jey Selvarajah is a General Practitioner and GP Partner at Lister Medical Centre in Harlow, a role held since 2011. Jey completed his medical training at Queen Mary University of London before undertaking GP training through the Harlow Vocational Training Scheme. Alongside clinical work, Jey holds several leadership roles within his practice, including GP Trainer, lead responsibilities for finance, management and nursing. Jey serves as Clinical Director for Harlow South Primary Care Network (PCN), working collaboratively with colleagues across the local health system to improve population health, enhance service integration, and deliver coordinated care. In addition, Jey actively involved in the Harlow South Integrated Neighbourhood Team. |
Bolaji KutiJoint Clinical Director of Harlow North PCN Bolaji graduated from University College Dublin with a bachelor’s in Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics in 2002. He gained a diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2007 & Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2009. In 2010 he gained membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), completing GP VTS training in Enfield. In 2011 he gained his diploma in Public Health at London school of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (University of London). In 2024, a further professional diploma in Dermatology was awarded by the Royal College of Physicians Ireland. He joined Church Langley Medical Practice in 2010 where he is currently the Senior Partner and Safeguarding lead. Additional to his GP duties, he does minor surgical procedures, joint injections, contraceptive coils and implants. He is also a GP trainer and enjoys teaching postgraduate ST doctors and undergraduate medical students from Cambridge University. Bolaji is very passionate about working in the NHS to improve the health of population and address inequalities. In 2016 he was Chair of the Harlow Neighborhood and took part in the West Essex CCG 100-day challenge in collaboration with Nesta. He is currently a joint Clinical Director for Harlow North Primary Care Network. |
